No, You can't do that, if it's even true that he's in Texas, it's just a regular town... on top of that this guy is defrauding people, so the last thing he will want to do is show his face or location... What about having him write a children's book about his life or something, then have him do something charitable? Maybe have him write a bunch of stories like 5 or more children's stories and call it a book possibly have him take pictures for it or even better draw pictures for it?!!? The more of them time it takes and the harder it is to fake it the better. Then when he finishes this job and you go to pay him, tell him he can either keep the money and run, or he can videotape himself giving half of it away to charity and make even more money, and actually every second this man is kept away from the computer trying to scam people the more lives your work here has helped Pleasant Green. though what ever task you give him he is computer savvy so you will probably need to make sure he is not plagiarizing someone else's work like pulling pictures online and a random video of someone else giving things to charity. I suggest calling the place up and asking if they received a donation later. Also there needs to be a legitimate penalty for plagiarizing like $100 less or 1/2 the money... Can you tell I thought up the idea as I wrote the comment lol?

A few years ago somebody tried to pull this scam on me when I was selling some exam review books on eBay. When he thanked me for "selling" him the books at the agreed-to price, I had to explain that he needed to BID and that the listed price was the minimum bid. I also found it strange that he would want to personally have a "mover" come to my front door in Ann Arbor, Michigan just to pick up some books! "Don't send any checks. I only except PayPal. No exceptions. Also, if your bid is the winner, I'll send it via UPS. So no need to send somebody over," I said. The scammer gave up.
