I regard all phone calls as potential scammers. I'm amazed by the opportunism of them. The UK is experiencing storm and flood damage, people have died and many are homeless. Within 12 hours we got a scammer, clearly not British, offering help for damage sustained to our home. I'm not even in an affected area.
