There's endless red flags!!! Starting with the generic Western name / heavy Indian accent. Wanting access to your computer. "Refund forms" where YOU the customer fills it out and if you accidentally type 4 thousand instead of 4 hundred, they just instantly pay it to you no questions asked?! Writing down your balance instead of just checking your transaction history. Being asked to pay in gift cards or cash wrapped in aluminium foil in a shoebox instead of being able to simply wire the money back?!. Being asked to lie to the shop workers / bank staff. Needing to be on the line throughout the ENTIRE journey and purchasing of the cards or drawing out the money from the bank. Honestly, listening to Jim Brownings videos where he intercepts scam calls in real time, it blows my mind how anyone falls for this stuff?!

RIP for your darling husband. I know nothing I say will help with the pain of losing your beloved husband, but laughter can really take one out of her/his self. When ever I am down I watch a comedy, or like you, watch Kit / Edna here on YT. My darling father passed April 2020 from covid, at the very beginning of the first wave and although the grief is still waning, (I can now speak about him without crying which is a big step forward), the guilt of not being able to see him or even speak to him on his own phone, is still with me and I very much hope will continue to reduce in the future. I realise the grief of loosing a husband must be vastly different than loosing a father, but I can understand some of your pain :-( Have you got family around you to support you ? My sister and I are very close so we have both been able to help each other. I am sorry for the lengthy post and I very much hope that you are doing as well as possible. I just wanted tell you thank you for what you do. I had an encounter today that made me think of you. I drive for Amazon delivering packages. At one of my stops a little old lady came out of a house and yelled for me. She wanted to tell me about the phone calls she has been getting from Amazon and how mean they are to her. All I could picture is Kitboga with his wig on. I asked some questions about gift cards and the sound of thier voice and if they were mean to her and she said yes. I told her about the scam and how it works. She told me that the callers are so mean that she cries to them. When the conversation was done she was so happy and relieved with what was going on. She said that she would not talk to them again. I think it is a credit to you and the things I have learned watching you torment the scum that steals from the innocent. You have an influence which is indirect sometimes. Who knew that situation was going to happen today but it did and the result GOOD. Thank you for all you do again.

I have been BINGE watching these videos for the past week and have NOT been disappointed. The 30+ minute videos go by so fast because they’re so funny and great! The way the scammer calls him “grandmother” periodically had me but at 20:51 when he changed voices to portray a female worker took me out 😂😂😂 Keep pounding these terrible scammers; they deserve hell and more!

He's a good honest man who doesn't know much about computers, so when his refund of $499.99 turned into $5k, he went and got the cards. No way to get the money back, sadly. Since then I have shared this channel with him and he tells me he enjoys the videos. He's not tech savvy at all, so he doesn't have a "sense" of "hey, this seems suspicious" when it comes to computers and thinks "well, this person obviously knows more than I do." Showing him things like this is great because Kit exposes most of the common ways these scams work, and hopefully it won't happen again. People who grew up with computers have an easier time defending against this BS. I bricked the family computer on more than one occasion by clicking the wrong download link on the page I was visiting...

Thanks so much for your videos and for torturing these guys! This one guy recently told my mom he had access to all of her accounts and wouldn’t give them back unless she wired him almost her entire savings. He was a pro, used many of the tricks of the trade. She was very embarrassed and felt stupid because she had been fooled. When he forced her to go to the bank, she said all he told her to say, but handed the teller a note saying he was on the phone listening and making her do it. They did help. Showing her your videos made her understand it happens a lot and she did well by saving herself. She needed that. Thanks.
