I’m going to assume you mean as in acquiring the funds from people who use your wheel and I would also assume no as he mentioned needing a plug in. If you mean casinos in general, irl and also ingame if they based them on real casinos, then that depends on how good a casino is, if people win all the time in casinos, then casino’s have to pay out those funds and that could become not profitable if you pay out more than people lose.
