So, the medium format film has been developed and is now waiting to be further processed. Of course, a print in the darkroom would be the complete analogue way.
In digital times, however, it is at least as exciting to have a good scan of the negative and then convert it into a positive in Lightroom, for example. Opinions differ on this. I think hybrid working is great. I also slow down when editing the negatives on the computer.
But how do I get the negatives onto the computer? I scan my 35mm negatives with an Opticfilm 8200i; You can also “develop” the negatives directly in the included software called Silverfast. So you then have a developed positive. I told you more about this in the video.
However, the topic is mainly about 120 film.
I decided to use the DSLR scan. I already have a 5D Mark III, an old broken enlarger, a tripod head and a light panel which I build on my own.
(You can see the video of the construction of this light panel HERE!)

I made the film holder in Tinkercad from a few 3D pieces models from Thingiverse.

All I had to buy was a reasonably good macro lens. There I chose a Tamron SP AF 90mm F2.8 Di Macro 1:1 for Canon EF Mount. Costs 199€ on eBay.
I describe the workflow, structure and the advantages and disadvantages in the video.
