Hi I’m new to paper cut and I am trying to install papercut on a Konica Minolta device on a new primary site server installation and I get a connection timeout when deployed to the machine is there a config procedure I need to complete or have I missed anything. Any help would be very much appreciated

Hmm so this question might be in relation to you installing PaperCut MF, right? Ideally these deployments should be supported via your papercut reseller following the installation manuals. However it’s worth checking that firewall ports are open. Inbound (device connecting to PaperCut) 9191 9192 9195 (Required for SHA2 on MF v18.3 onwards) Outbound (connecting to the device) 50003 80/443 But if you're installing MF for the first time, your PaperCut reseller is your best pal!
