You are such an inspiration! I am going through my closets, cupboards, and basement again to declutter some more items (I got rid of a bunch of things before I moved about 4 years ago). I am looking at what I own with a critical eye and even though I have enjoyed owning many of these things, I am no longer using them and are passing them along to someone else that will enjoy them and use them. Some things tug at my heartstrings, so they will stay a bit longer. Waiting for spring when I can once again open my windows--too cold here to do that right now--but every day gets us closer to warm weather--I hope. Signed up for the newsletter. Thanks for the video! Love the markers idea! We used to juice until I found out how much sugar ( natural as it may be) is just in juice. The reason an apple is a better snack than say apple juice is because the fibre in the apple slows down the absorption of the sugar to your bloodstream. When all that sugar from the juice hits your liver it jacks up your bloodsugar then later you will crash and crave more sugar. Plus juicing wastes all of the natural fiber.

Noemi, because of your snowflakes in the windows at Christmas, I bought the chalk markers for my granddaughter (almost 5) She has so much fun with them and we created a "Hug Station" on the window that goes to the floor and we ALL enjoy that. I see it's time to put up small hearts on the window now! I love your videos SO much.

Wow !!! Our 10 minutes is very important we are always occupied even with simple things folding the kitchen towels or organizing small drawers 💟💕☺️😅🤗 BUT OF COURSE we need also our short break right?? Your ways preparing at night for tomorrows breakfast save as more time. Oooops!!! There's the two boys growing soooo fast .. Good idea u have there Noemi , freeze some ingredients for.easy access whenever we need small amount .whenever I peel veggies, we put the skin it in our plants as fertilizer as well.

Noemi- Here’s a trick for shelf liner- if it’s curled because of being rolled, cut it to size and then put it in your clothes dryer. Medium heat for 10 minutes or less. Comes out perfectly flat!,
