Good Morning! Great tips for this Saturday morning. I have some decluttering to do and your videos help to keep me motivated. I agree what you say about selling items you no longer need. Sell it for what a buyer is willing to pay, we already paid for the item,the money is already gone, so get back what the market dictates we can get for it, otherwise we are left with too much stuff waiting to be sold, and it’s still taking up valuable space. Beautiful video, with lots of wise tips. When I'm decluttering and I consider selling an item, I try to sell it for a bargain price that I would be thrilled to pay, if I were looking for that item. The item is worthless if no one is willing to pay a high asking price. Also, if I've had an item for a long time, I reason it has fulfilled its life-span within MY possession, so now it's time for someone else to enjoy it ❤️

I loved what you said about hobbies, and that it is OK to get rid of stuff that no longer interests you or that you no longer use. I felt like I should keep some hobby supplies that I no longer use just because I had spent a lot of money on them, you are right! Thank you for this video, it came just in the right moment! We are moveing from a rented flat to our new house, and I want and need to change my life style considering minimasing things I own. For a long time now cluter is making me very anxious and cleaning is so difficult in clutered home. I literarly feal suffocated with toys, chlothes, books, papers etc.... This moveing is my time and oportunity to change and start process of haveing new lifestyle. But it is very hard on me since my family and husband do not support me at all, they are big messy horders who do not want to have a new perspective. But I will not give up. What helped me, was when we moved into our new home, I didn't want a tv in our living room. Each bedroom has a tv, and as a family of 3 we can watch tv, movies etc together in my master bedroom. This way our living room is always neat and clean and company ready. The reason why this is important, is because we live in a manufactured home where the living room, kitchen and dining room are all one great room.

Lots of inspiring tips here! Though, I will never be clutter-free, as I do not see that as a negative. For me, the things I keep have memories attached to them and I love being reminded of my history and happy moments. They don't always appear in my brain naturally. Of course, new memories will eventually push out the old. As long as the clutter is not stagnant and "dead" I maintain that, for me, character + function is more interesting.

Hi Friend! 😃 We got rid of ours about the same time! I absolutely don't miss it at all! That chair was meant to be in the studio. Now I want this on both place I love it so much! First I didn't wanted to share it but I run out of things to share before I was able to pick up the camera. Decembers were always hard for me since my father passed away on Dec 21st. So I always felt depressed in the month of December. And guess what?? December of 2022 was the first December that I didn’t fall into that “December Slumber”. And it’s all because of you!!!!! I started watching your videos in 2022. Blessings to you too! 🤗🥰 We got rid of it about 15 years ago and I never missed it. It takes up so much space , kills the nutrition in the food and another thing to clean. I'm able to warm up all the food either on the cook top or in my little oven! 😃❤
