Question here because security issues (not just 'puter security) don't allow us Facebook. Even though I've freshened my whole CM350 (thanks for all the vids) the old darlin' seems to be losing scanning acuity. In your opinion, is the factory scan mat any advantage? I tried the DIY version with some improvement but ... Any one please feel free the give me ideas/opinions? Thanks.

Hi Jan, I applied to join your facebook group so I can learn more about scan n cut. I have the scanncut2, I also have sure cuts alot 5. I sort of applied the first time but had to run to town asap so just closed facebook without sharing my reason wanting to join. needless to say that failed, when I got no reply I canceled and waited a few days then I came back to fb and applied to join your group a second time its been a few days again with no response. Is There A Problem? I am not one much for fb, but I really need to learn both scanncut and sure cuts a lot5. Do I need to Go Somewhere Else? I Really Like Your Videos Here On KZbin thus the reason I have gone out on a limb to join your fb group least for myself sense I don't care for fb. thank you for the time to address my question and sharing what I need to do to join because Apparently I'm going about it wrong... darlene
