Hello, it’s very weird that I did the same but the export part didn’t work. It showed me only black exported tif:/

Try exporting it as a jpeg just to see if it’s a problem with just the tiff export

@@GrandadsReviews I tried with even adobe photoshop format, it did not work. such a pity, maybe it was a technical issue because I followed your steps and thank you for the video it is very informative

@@aral.0yku I would try uninstalling Silverfast then making sure all other programs are not running reinstall it it’s worth a try plus is your version of Silverfast up to date.
