It’s 7-9 year caol ila finished in virgin oak barrels. The barrels are then being used up the hill at ardnahoe

It is Ardnahoe distillery..the youngest on Islay

if you like smoky whisky, get laphroaig, if it isn't too much. my favorite is laphroaig 10 and lore. both are amazing, but lore is a lot more expensive, while it's pretty close to laphroaig quarter cask.
