Congratulations John, on producing this excellent video of your home town, and great music to accompany it. I spent all my childhood holidays there, and it was great see see the Coronia still going, the Grand Hotel, and the Harbour always smelling of the best Fish and Chips in Britain, along with the constant threat of sea fret off the North Sea. Next one to include Peasholm Park, The North Bay Railway, The Mere and Oliver's Mount please...Happy memories and thanks for that...5* Bob

Thanks for the video. Many people comment on the changes, but I wonder how many remember: The Floral Hall, BOTH outdoor pools, The Corner Café, The Futurist Theatre, Northstead Manor Gardens, The Opera House, All four Cliff Lifts actually working, The Helter skelter where Luna Park park is, The Green Lizard Cafe, st Nicholas Cliff. Oh yeah, the town really has changed... For the worse I think.

5 years since I’ve been back to Scarborough... In fact, it’s been 5 years since I’ve been back to England. Me and my family moved over to Australia. When I was there I hated it, but as time goes on I get home sick. There’s no place like home...

Thanks for that lovely comment Bob,it took a hell of a long time to post it up,but as you know that was no fault of mine lol. Yes the next Scarborough video i will do will include those places that you mentioned,it will not be for a day or two yet as we have some bad weather coming.....Cheers John.

if you are still reading comment's can you tell me what the music is please. i lived in scarbrough for four year's i go there in the summer i travel up from london just for the day. i still love it there. though it is run down compared to what it used to be. thank you for the video

Hi Brian I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I don't get on KZbin much these days, as for the music that's with the video I can't help you there. The music came from the KZbin library, there must be thousands on there, all I do is try to match the music with the video, so sorry that I can't help you with this, it's good to know that you enjoy coming to Scarborough i certainly like living here.
