Sometime when you loose so much weight also make you look older then your age. I found little chunk is not bad for you. I saw from myself when I hit the gym and lean my face volume is lose and the face got saggy! Firm body but not everything above my shoulder! My neck and face got excess skin! Now I’m on 5kg over my everage my face so youthful plum with fat! But fat on the face isn’t bad it like filler to me. It filled up my loose skin.

The number of people in the comments trying to say that she was beautiful before. While she may have been, she clearly lacked self confidence and felt that a facelift is what she needed. So that's what she did and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. You can see a boost in her confidence afterwards. If anyone asked me I would say a confident woman will ALWAYS be more beautiful than an insecure one. I'm happy that she is happy.

That makes no sense my dear ! If someone is lacking confidence then the treatment is the self esteem and self value. If someone says , yes my face is fine as it is but I would like such and such change because I prefer such a feature, then I would say OK ! But would warn them about seeing their body as a commodity, like a jacket or handbag. That's not an holistic approach to the self. If your confidence is low and you have surgery, it will improve for a while but the low self esteem will come back when something knocks them down in life. A new face won't change the inner human being who needs spiritual nurturing and spiritual change. And it won't protect from future problems. It doesn't make you or help you love yourself. So a person who loves themselves and has surgery is not the same as someone who doesn't love themselves and has surgery. Totally different scenarios.

Just for the record, if it helps anyone I changed my diet to high fat & protein and low carb. I add in supplements to ensure good immunity and skin . Cut out sugar I use light oils to moisturise I stopped all my serums and retinols etc as they ran out. I don't exfoliate . I don't wash face unless have makeup on. Only use glycerine based soap. I'm not young but my skin is pretty good. It's in nice condition, naturally a few lines but not really ageing. I stopped sunblock a few years back so as to increase vit D and to stop toxins on my skin. The increased fat (& no processed foods or fast food ) I think helps my skin . I used to have hyperpigmentation quite badly from Doxycycline but over 10 years or so it actually disappeared . So maybe a lot can be done by reverting to nature and our nutrition and using natural things for skin. Then accept a bit of graceful ageing - the fat deposits do move south a little . Ps I rarely use or need to use any foundation. Maybe a tinted moisturiser in winter, or maybe dots of concealer on any imperfections . No more necessary .
