I love Scarlet and Wolf together, which is why this is my favorite of the series. One of the reasons I love this series though is because all of the romantic relationships are so different.

for the most part, i'm with you on all your points! thorne was so adorable. i liked scarlet/wolf but i also kind of felt that their romance came on a bit too quickly for its level of intensity by the end of the book (if that makes sense). excellent review, priscilla!

thebookbasement Their relationship did get intense by the end, but with their passionate personalities I wasn't too surprised X) Also, there was enough romantic tension between Cinder and Kai, I don't think I could handle any more XD Thanks Sophia!

Scarlet and Wolf are definitely my favorite couple in the series so far! Excited to see what type of relationship WINTER brings to the table!

I finished Scarlet today and I absolutely agree with everything you said. I personally found it hard to connect with Wolf and it's been a reoccurring thing with me and the male characters in this series because I was unable to connect with prince Kai as well. But near the end I was able to find a liking to Wolf. I loved the book and loved your review! :)

I literally just finished Scarlet right now. I thought this book was better than Cinder. Before I started reading this I thought the book was not going to be great if they added more characters into it. But now I totally disagree to that opinion because Thorne is my fav. character. I really like the way the characters stories connect to one another. The only criticism I have is that I felt as if Scarlet and wolfs relationship was rushed at the end. They only met eachother a few days ago and already he said he loved her. Im not saying that I hate their love story, dont get me wrong I love Wolf! I just hoped he would have asked her to be his beta later on. Overall I woulg give this book a 4.2 out of 5 stars.

i agree with your opnion on scarlet. the plot was diferently summed up better than cinder. but i was wondering if you have heard of land of stories? it has another full on twist on the fairytales mix a little with the modern world and introducing this version of the characters.
