Scarlet Nexus - Review [Anime, Sci-Fi, Action JRPG] (PS5, PS4, Xbox S X, PC)

Scarlet Nexus is a great game and the most underrated RPG of 2021 that deserves more support and better recognition! Last night I completed my achievement hunting on Scarlet Nexus making the game my eighth and latest official Perfect Game on Steam! The game itself runs and plays nicely on my Acer Predator Helios 300! Nice review!

I keep recommending this game, it is the definition of a hidden gem. I hope more people give it a chance so we can get a sequel.

Excellent Review as always. You hit all the right points. The combat was my favorite part of this game, there are times when it felt like I was playing a Platinum game. I enjoyed the main story a lot, especially the interaction between the characters. I’m hoping we see this new IP grow and have more games down the line.

Your review was actually the closest to convince me to get this game. I think you were the first one I listened to that said the story was good. Maybe I should just wait until I can get it for 30-40 euros.

Boring as Hellfire? Come on, you're not boring. Some of the idiots that may require BP spending upgrades; Karens and Kens. Great review as always. I'll definitely keep my eye out for this one. The haptic trigger/feedback usage on the PS5 also is very appealing.

Sadly, I just can't get over those weird enemy designs. They look to be a mix of potted plants and farm animals. =/

In long time I wasn't excited for new IP,but this is the one. I like the art style, setting, combat is pretty cool (as I try demo) and what I have heard about story. Also two protagonist with own story is great. Now I don't have PS5 yet,and I don't know how it runs on PS4 pro. Demo was fine,but don't know how full game will be. Think I'll wait to buy PS5. Have more than enough games to play :)

I think Dark Rose Valkyrie has ruined my impression of jrpgs that have anime teenagers fighting in a post apolocyptic world against monsters, I keep laughing whenever whenever I think back to that game.
