They sell that B12 spray in Holland & Barratt too, but in berry flavour in case you didn't know! It's the one I use, my mum recommended it to me as it absorbs into your body quicker than tablets. I spray four times a day but spread throughout the day.

With maintenence guys I always do a bit of chit-chat whilst leading them to the problem / showing them the problem then I'm like "Right, I'll leave you to it. I'll be in the kitchen" and then I clean things that I never clean until they go :)

Too much b12 can cause extra acne sometimes. Not saying this is definitely the problem, but I saw an immediate difference in my skin, and it hasn't affected my health since I reduced how much I take. Thank you for such creative Lush videos, and your great sense of humor!!! ❤️

That B12 spray is nice! You're supposed to spray it under your tongue and try to leave it there without swallowing it, it helps with absorption through the mucus membranes (at least that is what google translate says it is). it is supposedly one of the easier place for the body to absorb B12 :)
