The Black Widow moving is actually more emotionally effective being released after End Game. Being able to mend the relationship with her past family is the key for her to take the driver's seat and rescues her present family, which leads to Black Widow assuming leadership post Infinity War. It also is what gives her the inner strength to willingly go on Vormir.

I think it's because they're doing this virtually. Pretty sure if they had real-life interviews, their chemistry will shine better. Plus, I'm pretty sure most working experiences feel like a "summer camp": something magical, but once it's over, it's hard to rekindle that same flame.

Some people make friends for life, but both Scarlett and Florence are VERY successful actresses starring in several successful films, so unless they're forced to meet each other occasionally (like the OG6 Avengers coming back together almost every year), they'd just have to move on. Not to say they don't love each other though because it's obvious that Scarlett adores Florence and Florence adores Scarlett

Yeah… but in that sense it means nothing has any meaning or weight behind it, part of the story is the end and all that, if the movies become the comics where nobody can die then all consequence is lost and the quality along with it

Nope. That character is done. Unless they wanna make her a street level character like Daredevil, Punisher or Iron Fist. Can’t have a non-powered person fighting alongside say Capt Marvel or other powered heroes. Yes I know in comics BW has taken super soldier serum but in MCU she’s just a regular person and Marvel is now cosmic and interstellar.

yeah but like all the characters, they'll pass on the torch. There will be another ironman in our lifetime, just like how theres a new captain america already out (falcon), there will be a new loki (female loki) just like there will be a new black widow (yelena), Actors and actress can't live in the marvel universe forever and at some point they'll have to recast. I just love that instead of recasting, they somehow tie the old character with the new. This way the old character still lives on. Unlike the spiderman where they just recasted the actors over and over and the universe is not connected. I'd rather them passing on the torch instead of recasting the character if that makes sense.

Is Black Widow character finished? I don't think so, it's too early to decide. There are so many Marvel movies coming out in the nest 2-3 years, it would just be flooding the market with too many of them if they made another Black Widow movie. I'd give them 4-5 years to come up with another movie script for a Black Widow movie.
