I had an episiotomy done about 10 years ago when i had my son then there complications and some of my stitches came and bcos of the trauma i had already gone through i told them to let me be and left it like that and its been bothering me for years. Lately ive noticed that the area has been tearing bit by bit and getting irritated alot. I want to fix this now but i dont know where to go. Can a gp do the procedure or I'll have to go to a gyne.

Maam i got a cut in the labia majora part not in and around the vaginal opening i think it happened through finger nail..what can be done in this to dissolve the scar tissue there?

I tore in the lower most common area even now five years later every time after I have sex I swear that scar tissue is irritated for days I was told that I tore right on the nerve and the muscle.

Yes it can definitely feel like that. A pelvic floor physical therapist can help it feel better by desensitizing the tissue and teaching you ways to do it at home too

My son is now 19 and for the last year my scar is causing me problems during sex, it always tears slightly and bleeds (spot) casing me discomfort and soreness for days. I also realise lately i am very dry and itchy down not sure if due to hormones as a result causing me all this pain.

On my side dia it's now 9 year for my daughter when am having these scar no sajary but it started slowly when am not receiving any pain but this 9th Yr the size increased plus itching,how can I slove it yet am at work as a house helpers
