What a stupid rule if that is so. So if you block the shot and right after that you level the oponent at high speed almost murdering him. Would that be considered an accidental contact, because you touched the ball first? It sound bad... The disadvantaged player here is obviousely Coby who got blocked but after that he wasnt able to play because Siakam fell on him and therefore a foul should be called. He wasnt able to return to defense because Siakam fell on him. That's why I prefer FIBA rules that are in European competitions. A foul would have been called before Siakam even hit the floor.
