After the game we went to a local club called the Green Iguana and after an hour, the bouncers came and roped off our area. The Bullets and Bulls showed up and were in our section. I got to meet all of them including MJ. We talked for a few minutes and he was more interested in my military service and recently coming home from the Gulf War. And a couple of days ago i watched the first minutes of Lebron/Reddick show and i simply could not stand it - just called it a clown show as it was all scripted and a clown show as i saw a media pumped guy with a great losing record disrespect MJ's influence while wearing his number...that's pathetic and shows no knowledge of the game and its history no respect to the ones that paved your way to a billionaire status...

MJ had that killa instinct at UNC. I lived in NC so I got to pretty much all of their games. I have to agree with Jerry West when he said the best move he ever seen MJ do was against the knicks on the base line when he started to go back out the post with the rock then spun on Ewing and dunked it.

I love these MJ (and Bird for that matter) vids. Jordan was in a different universe; SO much fun to watch. The only thing I don't like about these, is that pretty soon they're going to start posting vids about L James. Who is Not EVEN close to MJ. Jordan would have gone for 40 or 50 on James just to show him who was boss. Yes, LJ can play, he's very good. But people now just can't relate to how incredibly competitive Jordan was, no matter who he played, he would cut your heart out to win. James does NOT have that quality. MJ is the GOAT!

They, as in some of the great of the game, talk about him like he is mythical being. They dont talk about Lebron like that No one ever said I want to be like LeBron

First game... Bulls vs Detroit. Season 1. 6th game of his career.. MANNNNNNN The Very first mega dunk, on the fast break. Most EPIC up to that date. No one had done a Dunk like that, EVER Before... And living in Detroit, it was on the news hardcore.. IT WAS SICK!!!!!!! 1984..

Great video I know this generation is trying to erase Jordan’s greatness, but there would never be another player to influence the NBA the culture and the world like Jordan did 🐐💯

One cool thing about being 54 years old as I grew up I watched all of his games all the Larry Bird games all the magic Johnson games. Honestly the sports never been the same since.

first time watching Jordan was the 1992. Olympics. My country played them twice, including the gold medal game. You guys couldn't believe the hype even for back then when TV and newspapers were the only media around really..

The first time I saw him play I was spending the night at the boys club with my teammates. It was the 82 ACC championship game. I was a fan then and am a fan today.

Just the fact that he was born and raised in NC, went to Carolina where my father graduated from and driving the same roads as he does or has are what I think about. Oh and that he was insane to watch.

I am lucky enough to have been 7 when Jordan entered the league and 18 when he retired from the bulls.. and as a boy from Chicago who had seen many of the greats, jordan is easily the GOAT....

I was lucky enough to be able to see MJ for the first time, October 1984 in Chicago against the Bullets. Was he the dominant force he became.. No. But his performance was way above what a rookies first game should ever be.

Summer of 86! Layed 63 on my invincible Celtics. I remember being in awe sitting in my cousins living room. I had no Idea I was watching History play out.
