I could almost feel Jesse trying to hold it in at Points, waiting to see how the others react. Also found it funny just how quickly the others grasped the “injure yourself to solve puzzles” gimmick. In his original playthrough, he took a long time to realize that, trying to avoid injury. Jesse dodged around that wrecking ball for several minutes, Gerard immediately threw himself into it!

This is one of my fave games ever! IF you guys haven’t already completed it, I’d recommend trying to get at least 200 donuts total Text Messages important to the story are locked behind a certain number of collectibles, and around 200 is the amount you need if you want every detail

It's not a Swery game until something insane and fucked up happens apropos of nothing. To quote Yahtzee Croshaw, "At the beginning of the game, the main character is struck by lightning and dies, and then, under the supervision of a moose in a lab coat, must slowly and painfully regenerate with a noise like my dad eating lobster before descending into a fit of sobbing as the title appears and an upbeat love ballad plays. Man I really wanted to love this game because this is beyond up my alley it's in my house, with the whole 'suffer to advance, heal to proceed' thing. But the scene where the game's conceit is introduced was somehow so horrific and direct I just had to stop, and I've never got past it. For some reason I just wasn't prepared for a sucessfully-empathic game character to experience a horrific death and inexplicable revival in a plausible way.
