my invisible string theory: one day my boyfriend and I went to a get together at my great grandmas house and when we pulled up he was like “no way this is her house”. I was like “yes why you look so surprised”. turns out that his uncle and him used to work on that house as landscapers for years and my great grandma would always go out and talk to my boyfriend and give him tips because he was a young kid at the time. The crazy part is, that was the house i was brought to as a baby and practically grew up in for the first few years of my life. we passed right by eachother never knowing how we would end up getting together almost a decade later!! wild right?

I don’t have one of myself but my brother and SIL do. We’ve always lived in Fullerton and she moved around a lot. When we were little, we used to go to this pediatrician that was kind of removed from us. She went to the same one. We used to go to a church in Santa Ana and she lived across from that church. Then she moved to Sacramento and then came back down to SoCal. They ended up going to the same high school and this year, they have been together for 10 years, married for 3 of those with 2 kids.

I have a story about the invisible string. So I met my now husband at my job when I was 17 years old and he was 22.(yes I know the age gap but 5 years isn’t that bad). Anyway I invited him to my sisters baby shower. Where he was able to meet the rest of my family. While we were walking up to my sister’s house, him and my older sisters husband started talking. Turns out they knew each other because they played basketball at our local park when my hubby was 15-16 and I was 10-11. I was so shocked because I would go to the park with my nephew and niece to play and a lot of guys would be playing basketball. So it’s crazy because me and him could have been around each other then not knowing each other or knowing we were gonna be together when I got older. Crazy how things like that happen.
