I can relate to the 2nd incident... A few years ago during saraswati puja, i went to my school with a friend, when we were returning from school, we went to a hotel to eat something and fyi it was around 4 or 5 and the road was quite less crowded that time(idk why the road was not crowded even though it's a huge day here), after ordering, we sat there and chatting... There was not enough lighting where we were sitting, suddenly a group of guys(some of them were drunk) and sat on the table next to us... (I might not be able to explain properly but i'mma try) she was sitting infront of me, and they were behind her... Suddenly a guy started staring at me(they could see my face only bc i was on the opposite side and my friend was back facing them.. they started throwing vulgar comments at us, especially me(commenting about my looks, figure etc, the most vulgar thing was they were talking about how they need a girl right after drinking while staring at me) i was scared as hell but i keep my composure, i tried to tell my friend but couldn't bc she had earphones on at that meantime... Suddenly i had an idea and i called my mom, mentioning her as dad and told her that there was no need to come and pick me up, I'm with my friend in a hotel, i told to call my cousin and tell him to pick me up from xyz hotel and then we'll go to my uncle's house together (and also mentioned that I've already called other 3 brothers/cousins of mine and all of them are coming here for me, and then we all will visit uncle's house together... I was actually yelling so that they all can hear me properly and i guess it actually worked, i didn't wait there anymore, i told my friend let's go, my cousins are almost here I've to go.. she didn't understand anything and we went outside, after coming in a crowded area, i told her everything, she was totally shocked and told that so many things happened and how did she not understand anything (dumb ofc) idk if i had not call my mom and pretended anything what would happen to us, and also thankfully my mom understood something's wrong, later she called me and i told her everything too... Ig i wrote an entire paragraph 😅 anyways stay safe di ❤️

I too was in one of the scary and first time having that situation.... I was 15 . My father was out of station... That day I got my mom admitted in the hospital. The whole day I was in hospital but later the doctors didn't let me in , inside the ICU. I for the first time took an autoricshaw. It was 8:30 pm. I was little scared because the hospital was on the highway and it was all quiet with trucks and cars moving on. The rickshaw man started asking me many questions and even turned the rear mirror towards me. That made me uncomfortable. He took a turn on a road which I didn't knew and said it is a short cut. I took my phone and pretended to talk with my friend. I said, don't worry mahek she is better now. Karate classes ko thoda hold par rakhna padega mummy admitted hai hospital mai....... Though I didn't called anyone neither I knew karate.

I also want to share something.. This incident happened when I was in my 8th class...i was going to restaurant with my family for dinner.. Like usual on weekends..nd when we reached our destination so i opened the gate.. And i was guiding my father for safely parking.. While.. I was the only one outside.. I think it was ruffly crowded.. So then.. At that time I was wearing crop top.. From my behind someone I didn't see his face..while Passing he touched my waist.. U know I was shocked.. Like hell... Not single word came out of my mouth like it was stiched..for a min I was standing there...(blanked like just what happened) that man..just walked ..like it didn't happend..at that time 1of my classmate.. Happend to came with his hole family.. To that restaurant... While that incident.. Happend I think he saw.. And.. His father just parked his car beside us.. So.. My family didn't know.. They just parked and.. I was silent at that time.. So they asked where is your excitement gone.. Like I was happy cz we were going to restaurant.. I don't know if you think it's scary or not.. Bt.. From then on.. I didn't wear crop top.. I don't know my bt.. I feel uneasy for some reason.. Nd.. It's been 5 yrs.. I didn't go to restaurant.. I just order.. From home.. It’s scary.. and you are living alone in foreign country so I can understand your situation I also want to share my scary experience it happens in delhi like you said that someone was following you similarly one day someone followed me from my university to the bus stand but I was with my friend and when we notice we just ran away and took metro but later my friend said ‘areyy hum bhage kyu vo ek tha hum do mil k pit dete usko to’ 😂

I've seen many s-violence cases against foreign women specially in south korea on their local news channel but not in international broadcasting network,we see many good things and happening things on internet about this country,if you are with group it is really safe but alone is not secure at all,we always say India is so dangerous for girls even everyone in the world say like that but not a single country is safe for solo women travelers/resident.

No matter where you are ,as a women we're not safe anywhere. That's the reason why I always carry a cutter or sharp pen with me ,cuz you never know what will happen when ? My friends calls me scary that I carry it with me but its for my own security. I travel alone from my house to college in a very crowdy bus ( there are so many shitty people too who take advantages of it ) then I've to walk a lot to reach my home from the bus stop and most of the time there are no people in the lane's even though its residential area. More power to every women be safe girls your security is in your hands .
