I feel like if the Scream series did what Halloween was initially attempting to do and become a sort of anthology series after the second one, then you could have not just reinvigorated the character with showing just how depraved and evil people can be, but also show just how twisted the the ones under the mask are when they feel “inspired” by the original killers. The problem is they just did the same thing over and over to the point it just got stale. On top of how much this movie clowned on Ghostface, it kneecapped the character at the worst possible time
