You can fix the batteries that open on top dump out water inside put clean water in shake up pour out three times make sure you get out all junk off bottom then fill with distilled water put caps back on then charge good as new

It was in great shape until you opened it. It had a big hole in the bottom where it had rusted through. I suppose it could be patched and continued to be used but that is above my skill set. So to the yard it went.
