I don't usually comment, but seeing your hand position (especially at 2:07 where you don't have control of the car) made me nervous, then I see the other video of the snap and spin, not surprised here. More often than not, race tracks don't need you to move your hands- you can do a whole lap in the 9/3 or 10/2 position. If they do, it's very little (think turn 11 at Laguna seca). I also understand this is a Miata, and your thighs might be in the way (because I have the same problem) and in those tight corners I'd be expecting some hand movement but probably still not very much. Reducing your hand movements will help you control the car better, and in turn make you smoother, and then quicker. Decent driving nonetheless, looks like a great car and track combo!
