Love it. I was born in the Berkshires of MA. As a kid on a small farm, I was outside in touch with nature on all levels. Autumn was my favorite. The blazing rock maples colors stunned me for a moment while I was chasing the cows back to pasture. We would let the cows graze on the hayfields during the day and drive them back to the pasture late afternoon. It was during these times when I saw the best of the colors, because I was outside a lot of my time with farm work every day. Many thanks. I have sense moved to the west.

If you don't mind me asking where was your starting point and end point in Vermont 108. Is there a fee to drive in VT108? There is another one the Auto toll you have to pay a fee. Which drive or road is better to view the fall foilage? I am planning to go this fall.

In your observation Do you think around the 11th or 12th of oct is still the right time to see fall foliage. Im coming around this time. Hope weather is ok too.

@@ivanalo580 Once you are at the top, you can walk around, after that the descenting part is beauful for couple miles and then it's flat and not as beautiful.
