I've had my Cityscape about a month now. Just took it on a long ride today - a favorite paved trail. It dealt with a couple good hills easily. I stayed mostly on pedal assist zero or one, as I wanted to work a bit - though on my return, I tried level 3 on a long straightaway - fun ! Comfortable, and easy to ride and control. I'm really enjoying it ! Definitely a good bang for the buck.

Just got my wife this bike. I can tell you that pedal assist 1 is more than enough for the casual rider. Should be able to get the 40 miles out of it that way.

I wish this fight would come in different colors besides black and white. Name a few color that I would prefer neon yellow sparkling candy green apple nice shiny red nice sparkling Orange a glow-in-the-dark and I wish they will have some kind of tracking device inside the frame in case if it does get stolen least the police could do is track it down for you and get it back if it's in one piece

I’ve juste received and assembled but there is an issue with direction handle colon, it keeps turning even when it’s tightened to the max! It’s about an issue or I missed something? Do you have any clue to solve this please?

That bike is not typically for dirt riding, it’s for city riding 😅 has suspensions only for like hitting potholes or getting of a curb ….

@@Seawiz21 cool.... how you like it....I got about 24 miles on a mix of throttle and assists... mostly throttle. You can tell when the tank is running out but a full charge is powerful.

If you got 21 miles with pedal assist 3 on that ride would you more range in pedal assist 2 for that same trip?

Absolutely would have to get better range on level 2. 21 miles in an hour and a half is 14mph including stops. That's not a leisurely ride, that's moving pretty quick. I would expect to double that range using level 1 at a more leisurely 8-10 mph. But I have zero experience this is just what the numbers are telling me.

My Heybike arrived damaged. They want to send me the parts, have me buy the tools and fix it myself. I looked up reviews and that's their policy. Good luck if it arrives broken, worst customer service ever.
