Picked up one of these as a work from home monitor. Has been really nice for that. Colors are nice, and for what I am using it for it really is hard to beat. I can have all the windows and programs open I need at the same time due to the 1440 rez, and for the price I paid for it is really is hard to beat. Great review! Thank you!

Whatever tv your using was prob better, i recommend getting a normal 1440p, either to be your main monitor or your second one

@@ThatGuyCanmanNC Not a Samsung AU8000 with only 60hz. Definitely was not good for gaming on certain games. Constant flickering and even after adjusting the settings it was still happening. The tv was only two years old. Updated and everything. I’ve had the monitor for since I made this comment and it has been perfect. I use it for gaming, watching anime, and streaming. And I’m on a console player.

The stand unfortunately is gonna be a big flaw for the price. If it had proper height adjustments, would make a great secondary monitor. Nice review my dude!

@1:00 I believe those light on the monitor are not intended to be reflected off the wall, I think those were added do the monitor looks cool for those set up where the back of the monitor is visible. Like that Apple logo on laptops from old models.

The colors on the monitor is terrible. Either your going to have a yellowish white color, or a weird blue black color. There is no possible fix.

All day. I have the 6700 XT and it runs most titles 100+ FPS on high settings so this should be around 80-90 ball park FPS with a mix of med-high settings.

At $239, it not only is cheaper than my old 1440p monitor, but bigger, an ultra wide, and has a higher refresh rate. I bought 2 sceptre monitors before hand when I was first getting started with pc gaming before swapping to a name brand when i made the jump to 1440p. They're good value and they overclock incredibly well, if you want to push higher hz out of it. I managed to push their 165 hz 27 inch 1080p panel all the way up to 200 hz.
