It's because it's a 21:9 aspect ratio and the consoles don't support it.

I like the video and Sceptre products. I have 4 Sceptre screw drivers. I do not know how I got 1 extra one. I had a 1080p IPS monitor I used for years until I replaced it with a 1440p LG. I have 2 Sceptre TVs. I just got a C325B-QWN168W to replace the 4k Acer very pour monitor I got. It is just way to dark compared to the LG monitor. You did not talk about Nits and HDR which is important to me. That is why I I replaced this as of yet unboxed 1440p monitor for the Acer 4K really low nit fake HDR 400 monitor. This Sceptre I got is HDR 600 and 1000 certified and is a very bright monitor. What good is 4k if is so dark you can not play your games? 4K at that level is around $700 & up. This C32 was $300.

Try going to multi window in menu settings and see if that works? I missed the memo that this monitor had picture in picture did that work? Let us know how you figured it out!

I just recently bought this, and love it. However, the power brick it came with gets really hot, almost too hot to touch. Has anyone else had that problem? It otherwise seems to work fine, it’s just alarming to me that it gets quite hot instead of just warm.

They do get hot! Just try to allow it space to cool/breath... only downside of having an external power supply is that heat!

Would using 3 of these be a good choice for sim racing? The 1500r curvature seems like it would work well but not sure. Also, are the side bezels pretty thin so they would be minimal in a triple setup?

You have to have 21:9 content for proper full screen. You can find KZbin videos but it is not common :/

If you are talking about this with a PC you can get 165hz! On console we are only showing the 60hz as shown in our video for ps5

I believe you need to use the display port connection to get the full power. If ur using the hdmi port you will not get 165hz.

The screenshots in the Amazon comments show a razor sharp picture. When you were bench marking with the pirate dirigible, the picture sucked. Don't know if it was caused by your monitor settings, your studio camera settings or your computer/GPU settings or all of the above. Not very complimentary to the monitor. Probably wouldn't buy if that was the only example of picture quality I had ever seen. Amazon comment pics on this and the LED version were much better.
