Schecter C-6 Pro FR vs Ibanez Premium RG1070PBZ

Schecter is about half the Ibanez price, but I have been quite impressed with the quality. Let's hear how they sound.

Amazing how similar they sound. Would say the Ibanez have a tiny bit more mid going on. But if just listening to the audio you would be hard pressed to even know there were 2 guitars going back and forth. Maybe just me but when i pick up and play an Indo made guitar it just feels like it is missing something. Sign of the times I guess and less expensive labor but I rank Japan as top, Korean 2nd and Indo on a case by case. The Indo made Ibanez model feel inferior to my modern Japanese Ibanez while my Korean Schecter is very solid. Likewise my China made Gretsch. Really a case by case issue

@@imdidi5695 Yes, in general, but you know you'd need to tune it regularly if you do a lot of dive bombs.

I dont know how many time about this video, but the Schecter Reaper-6 FR S must be at the same level of the Ibanez. Between the reaper6 and the C6 one of their main differences is the Floid Rose, FR1500 vs FR special. if you look at the sound I am left with the schecter for the savings in price.

The FR special on schecter use brass tremolo block. Same as FR 1500

@@jem555bkk I have a USA Schecter Sunset II and an Ibanez Rg652ahfmx Prestige. The Ibanez is a good guitar for the price. The Schecter is a great guitar at any price and if there's better guitars available I haven't played them.

I have the schecter it feels really nice the kneck is well comfortable I think the Floyd rose us a bit cheap it stays in tune but the ibanez terms are a lot bigger and more weight to them but the schecter for the price is well worth its money. But ibanez are still a good guitar they are more expensive probably because of the pick ups

Good morning, I hope and you can help me with a question, very important to me. I usually play the guitar with the headstock pointing up, like the classical guitar style. If you put the schecter guitar pointing upwards as a classic style, if it maintains the position? Doesn't anything move? The same question for the Ibanez guitar, in truth, I would really appreciate it, and more if you made a short video of This, this detail is a very important point to consider for me when buying a guitar, and I am precisely between a premium Ibanez and a Schecter Schecter C-6 Pro FR. which neck is thinner, the Ibanez Wizard still, or this new "ultra thin C" Schecter? I'm actually in this part where I'm thinking either buying a Schecter, or Ibanez (or Solar). Kindly let me know what neck is the thinner between these two guitars. Thanks!

overall these guitars are made high-quality by brands, but there are some critical points that you have to glance at. Solar guitars are dedicated to high-tension guitarists generally that guys adore killer riffs. Ibanez is one of the exclusive guitar brands as you know this model has a wizard neck as you said, you can easily shred your guitar thanks to wizard neck. To sum up, c-6 pro and ibanez rg’s are pretty much similar guitars but if i were you, i definitely bought an ibanez rg particularly 2550 or 1070. i hope i’ve guided to you.

Awesome side by side demo. Very tasty playing, I think it sounded awesome. Was one nicer to play than the other? Don't think the Ibanez is available anymore (1120 replacement I guess), but I've still seen the Schecter. Big price difference and if the Schecter is still nice to play, then would be worth saving the money.
