Hmm, if a schema is triggered? Schema's continuously shape our perception and understanding, due to its cognitive nature. It (amplifying it) draws from past experience or information, generalises and concludes about momentarily and future incidents, people, places or situations etc. To what extend this is done autonomously and consciously is another aspect worth elucidating and discussing. Both positive and negative schema's can poses subjective ethical implications as assumptions and generalisations remain what they are (interchanging opinions), thus guiding your ignorant attention and choices without you knowing. However, schema's are fundamental to understand, learn and conceptualise the world and our surroundings, following they are simply observed in momentary detachment.
