Thanks ! Pay slips are needed only when you are employed. Also, as per our knowledge, it does not matter for how many entries you have applied for , just that you would have to provide the plan for entering the schengen are multiple times.

1)We too had so much difficulty in finding Schengen visa format photos, after searching we finally found out a studio in nyc which provided us the photo we needed. 2)The application was online, just the signature was handwritten. 3) As far as we know NOC is sufficient as they didn’t ask for the employment contract for the last 2 instances when we applied the visa.

Question: According to the application instruction page, originals and photocopies of all the supporting documents need to be submitted: 1) green card - do you leave the actual green card in the application package to be sent? Or just a photocopy of it? 2) for bank statements, do you provide the original printed copies, and then duplicated photocopies of these?

We didn’t send the documents via mail, we personally submitted the photocopy of all the documents at the VFS global, NYC and carried all the original along with us. For more clarity, I would suggest to check with the visa center where you are going to mail the documents. Even for bank statements we submitted the printouts.

You can check with Visa reservations website to purchase flight reservations. You can ask about the validity to the agent while making the purchase.

Hi Mr n Mrs Traveler, I have watched this video so many times. I have one question. Me and My husband has filed two applications for each one of us, and have interview scheduled for same time on same location. So are we going to go to interview separately or combine ? Did you both filled only one application for both or separate applications of each?

We also filed separate applications. For us it was more of a document collection at vfs center for France so we submitted the documents together (same time slot) , not sure regarding the interview process.

Do I need to do photocopies of my older Indian passports which has USA Visa and all, or just the brand new Indian passport that I got cause the old passport was about to expire.

As far as we know, if you are applying Schengen visa from the USA, you require a no objection letter from your employer

hi, thanks for the detailed video. I have one query. If I am applying fro Schengen visa at German VFS and I receive a multiple entry visit valid of 6 months. For the first trip, I understand I need to enter Germany first. What about the next trip say in the year end? If I wish to travel to Netherlands, do I need to first visit Germany and then board a train/flight to Netherlands or can I travel straight to Netherlands?

Hello! Glad to know you liked our video. As per our knowledge, a valid US visa is required to apply Schengen Visa from the USA. However, we would suggest to check with Embassy/Consulate if they accept I-797 (H1b extension).

There is an option provided by some of the consulates while booking an appointment to add this service of taking a photo in consulate, but we took the photos with us so not sure on how the other process works.
