Volgens mij is Rico hier 22 jaar. En hij man handled Sem Schilt bij tijd en wijlen. Respect! Toen ging Ricoee nog echt voor. Door de jaren heen is het toch een btje een punten tikker geworden, echter wel één met een ijzeren wil, die niet van opgeven houdt.

Schilt beat people when it mattered most. He lost to Aerts and Badr, but paid them back. He's easily a top three heavyweight ever.

@@Neski195 I know. His jab is also a weapon, but if he could throw a punch like prince naseem or mike, he would have been banned from combat sports. Too dangerous.

@@Neski195 Yeah. It's about controlling inertia by tucking in your arms close to your body and protecting your chin, while pushing off with the feet and twisting the hips, then later rotating the shoulders and releasing the fists while the inertia is maxxed. His punches would only need to travel a foot to take anyone out with one hit. That said, his opponents are no longer at arms reach, but it also reduces chances the opponent has if he only needs to touch them. Like with Tyson, you have to back him up or stop him with only a couples chances or it's wake up in ED.
