Schindler Double-File Escalators - Nordstrom Flagship Store - Seattle, WA

These are the escalators in the big flagship Nordstrom store in downtown Seattle. They are just basic Schindler escalators but they're really nice. The landing plates have separate square plaques on them that display the floor numbers which is pretty neat. A lot of escalators in China are like that. Installed in 1998. Before that this used to be Frederick & Nelson’s flagship store with vintage Otis Escalators from the basement all the way up to the ninth floor.
