Schindler PORT Elevators - Shaw House, SG (Office)

These elevators, which serve the office tower, are now being modernized by Schindler with PORT destination dispatch starting in 2022. At time of filming, elevator L2 (and possibly L1 as well, didn't check) has been modernized, L4 was being modded, while L3, L5 and L6 were still untouched; the existing controllers for these three elevators have been integrated with PORT (PORT Overlay) and their floor buttons have been covered. Elevator L3 is the only one with wheelchair panel as well as serving B1 and 22 as it's the fireman's switch.
The newly modernized elevators now have a shiny bronze interior, new fixtures, controller and voice announcement from Pixels Technologies. What I really like about the old ones is that they had a rather simple yet monotonous voice announcement; in fact this was the same announcement used on the former Schindlers at the nearby Ngee Ann City before KONE killed them in 2013. Sadly the voice here will be gone soon :(
A pity that I didn't manage to film these when they were still completely original, but now at least I got them before they'll gone. So here it is, a "transition" from old to new!

The mod looks really good and I also like how the original elevators are responding to the PORT system. Forget the new buttons but mod looks great, as much as old ones

Nice of Pixel Tech to use the much better Australian voice actress clips for the floor announcements, at least. A sorely needed clarity upgrade over the low-quality originals... but that's the charm of it.

M-Series. There is no way the old elevators used "EuroLift" (officially called FI MXB) as those buttons didn't exist yet.

@@idl3k_elev well both of those fixtures confused me because when I saw a Schindler euro lift fixtures I thought they were m series but someone told me they’re eurolift fixtures

It's possible Schindler had M-Series in mind when they designed FI-MXB, but it's not a one-to-one copy. There isn't a round pushbutton indent on FI MXB, it has a completely different font, and it lights up orange.
