It was nice hearing of you! You have a calming presence to me. Sorry if that sounds silly. KZbin is my main platform so I appreciate you making videos here.

I got diagnosed this year with schizoaffective. Spent my thirtieth birthday in the hospital. They have me on zyprexa now, my cousin is schizophrenic he takes the zyprexa also. My dad is schizophrenic paranoid type but he is unmedicated. Seems to run in the family? Tactile hallucinations were the worst for me. Constant. Anyways thank you for your posts, it's very comforting to hear your story and experiences. Blessings! -Barbara

Loved your video as always. I live with schizoaffective disorder and find I can relate to you very well. As you were saying I often feel that I am far saner than most people who have no mental illness diagnosis. My consultant said we are often highly intelligent people. Makes you question who really are the sane ones in society. I guess we all have different ways of interpreting the world and those that may be seen to be different from the norm are very much accountable too. Much love and thank you for expressing your thoughts. You certainly offer help in not only educating people but also in supporting those who live with such illnesses. 🌍🌓⭐️

I can relate to being alone as well. Gives me comfort in my life am almost at peace in those moments. Also learning something every day for me gives me happiness. After I graduated from high school a month ago all I've been doing is working which doesn't bring me happiness but need the job so don't know what to do. Wanna travel as well. Always dreamed of it. Don't want to be stuck here forever. Overall my goal in life is to be happy. So you're right Jacob completely agree. Happiness and what we find interesting in the world is what we should strive for in life.

Love ur videos bro you are very smart, I could hear you for ever, just one think you should know, you liking being alone and not socializing with other people, it’s not your personality, it’s more your illness, and that’s not your fault. My brother he was very social and friendly, always around friends, till he gradually changed, his behaviors, like never calling anyone, never picking up his phone, stooped working, he thought the world was against him, started being paranoid, thinking police where looking for him, my family was worried, and had no ideas what was going on with him, till he was Diagnosed with schizophrenia and he only Got worse with time, And it breaks my heart because he’s so different now, But I know that hes ill, and we all just have to live with that. Maybe you don’t read all the comments, But I just want to say thank you for sharing them, You help me a lot to understand the illness, he relates a lot to you, And I hope one day I can Share your videos to him so he can learn about it more.

i also enjoyed being alone as a kid, I was alone for 5 hours or more everyday and I liked it. when I was in 7th/8th grade too. Now I found really good friends though. I always had a hard time knowing how people feel n stuff, I still don't know. But I learned basic communication stuff by myself so now I can get along with people even though I don't always understand. Now I feel bad being alone bc I don't like being alone with 'myself' I guess. I'm going to a mental hospital soon bc they wanna find out more about me and what I have. They said I have depressive disorder but they also said I have sth different too. I do have delusional thinking but only tiny hallucinations that could also come from sleeping too little. Love your videos

Liked this talk. Have you tried to cover your window? since you seem to worry about it a lot. Like you said it’s important to do little things that make you happy. I have my hobbies like reading, painting, writing, and I listen to music. Just switched from abilify to seroquel because I have auditory, tactile, olfactory hallucinations plus delusional thinking so hope it helps. Thanks for doing these videos.

Hey! This video made me subscribe to you.. I think you’re really cool, and very brave to show yourself to the world.. Can I ask you to think about something big.. what do you think about not taking medication? I’m skitzophrenic too, and I believe spiritually, that humans can overcome anything, even a psychological effect, such as this. And I meditate frequently about controlling myself physically, even though mentally, I’m somewhere else... what do you think?...

Jacob - this was an awesome video - I would love more of these! Please! Please! Like u said. Lol. That was funny. U made me laugh! 😁 I rly love listening to u. I could listen to u for hours! You are very smart and intelligent - it's wonderful! :) So why do u enjoy being alone? My boyfriend loves being alone as well. He loves reading and learning alot. He doesn't need me thr to be happy. Me on the other hand am more needy. But i thought of him when u mentioned being alone and happy. I love the way u talk about death - the universe - just everything u talk about is Soooo interesting 2 me. Pls don't ever stop making videos... Please! Lol. Make more and more and more and alot more often. You really do help me just listening to u and everything you've been through! People that r bullies will have their karma. That is Soooo wrong! Ty for this video Jacob! 💜💚🌸

U sound so much like me. I'm not as extreme w the stuff u talk about and lack the hallucinations, but still. My dad got Schizophrenia in his twenties, I'm 25 now. Think there's still a change even tho I'm quite old. And we're so similar. But then again he didn't get it that young either. Idk, time tells. Interesting stuff.

Yeah, but you seem happy in comparison to your very old videos, when you were on some other meds. I guess it works, right? Are you taking 300 or 400mg. Do you remember how you couldn't remember anything and now you're focused and you remember even the names of all the meds you took before. Wow!

i was only diagnosed with schizophrenia last year at the age of 33 now all i do is play games, i believe my schizopprenia is due to eye asymmetry but everyone is different, i dont hear or see thing s but i have anger issues allthough i can fight them I just like playing my games and watching tv or watching tv with mum and talking with my mum

My son will not take medication for these very reasons, he's had violent episodes that took several police officers to take him down. But he is a gentle person. Did you ever have violent episodes?

I discovered you a week ago. You have made me realize things about myself. I can relate to the med thing. The ones i have now make me tired. My hallucinations happen when im tired, so yeah...
