Serbia has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 16 times since making its debut in 2007. Serbia previously participated as part of Yugoslavia (both the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia from 1961 to 1991 and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 1992) and as Serbia and Montenegro (2004-2006). Serbia won the contest on its debut as an independent country in 2007, with "Molitva" by Marija Šerifović. The country's other top five results are third place in 2012 with "Nije ljubav stvar" by Željko Joksimović, and fifth place in 2022 with "In corpore sano" by Konstrakta. Serbia's other top ten results are sixth place (2008) and tenth place (2015).

@@Euroneurogreece3097 The best country for Eurovision is Ukraine, because it has never failed to qualify. or Sweden because it is in the top 10 every year, and the only time it failed to qualify was in 2010. but NOT Serbia, which barely makes it to the finals every year, ending up in the seven-finals in 8-10 places, and in the grand finals in 15-25 .

I absolutely love it all of Serbia entries (except the 2009 one) It's no wonder that Serbia has few NQs, even though in the last 2 years it was a borderline qualifier, I feel like if Serbia had chosen Konstrakta again to represent them in 2024 they wouldn't have only finished 10th in the semi-final and 17th in the final, they would have had much higher places (no wonder konstrakta is my winner for 2022) but teya dora didn't do anything bad this year either, many say that ramonda is just a copy of her most famous song "Dnazum (Moje more)" but I disagree, because ramonda just like moje more is an absolutely amazing song, and teya really deserved a much better place than just 17th place this year, Even though I prefer zorja or konstrakta again to represent Serbia in 2024, teya dora was also incredible, so congratulations serbia!, again my favorite country in all of eurovision sent a perfect song again 🥰.

J'ai adore l'Estonie 😂❤ la Grèce alliant la tradition à la modernité m'a conquis, super performance de Nemo, on va tous chanter "Europapa" et "cha cha cha" cet été, non ? Ne znam zašto je Luka toliko popularan, meni je njegova pesma bezvezna i nerazumljiva, mumla ceo tekst i nikada mi neće biti jasno ko ga je izabrao da ide. Ramonda je zauzela peto mesto iz istog razloga zbog kojeg mi se Lukina pesma ne sviđa, previše je nerazumljivo u dobrom delu pesme,ali sama pesma je imala ogroman potencijal.

Very possible. Olivera Kovačević (RTS) already announced that Serbia will not participate in Junior Eurovision (second year in a row). I wouldn't be surprised if the same decision was made when it comes to Eurovision 2025. Sad, but not surprising considering the participation is rather expensive, and the finances are tight.
