Schlossanger Alp - Our favourite Alpine Hotel

This is our short video highlighting the best of the Berghotel Schlossanger Alp Hotel near Pfronten in Bavaria, Germany. Right on the Austrian border the hotel has spectacular views of the Austrian Alps, and is about to be extended and transformed into a wellness retreat. The closest airport is Memmingen, around 30 minutes, which Ryanair fly to, or Munich is approximately 1.5 hours by car. We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times and the views and cuisine are amazing. You can ski not far from the hotel in the winter too!

@@DuncanHodges-ly3qy We went in the summer this time which was lovely, but we have stayed there when it was deep snow, and swam outside in the heated pool. We skied nearby and visited Neuschwanstein Castle too which was magical. Anytime of year is good! ❤️
