@Tesmond2564 сағат бұрын
His star jump was so effectively executed pretty sure I remember all the times that strikers managed to chip it over him. He was instrumental in Denmark’s Euro win. Although I disagree about the one on one. Cech was also fantastic one on one. As Schmeichel said the team and the goalkeeper make a difference. Lloris sweeper style prevented so many one on one opportunities occurring in the first place. Courtois’s height and agility means that he can stay back more in goal and force strikers into more difficult shots.

Peter is one of the few keepers whom played like nobody else, and yet simultaneously had the ability of everyone else. He had the reflexes and acrobatics of a Yashin or Casillas, the size/handling of Van DS, and the imposing nature/leadership of someone like Oliver K. Early Manuel Neuer actually reminded me a lot of Peter, but with less personality. Peter at Man U is definitely up there with some of the names I just named, and other great GK’s like Buffon.
