Recipe and ingredients:

Separate two eggs into yolks and whites.
2 egg yolks.
a pinch of salt.
50 g (3 tbsp / 1.4 oz) powdered sugar.
80ml melted butter.
280 g (2 cups / 10 oz) flour.
10 g (2 tsp / 0.4 oz) baking powder.
Place the piece in the freezer.
Baking pan 20*30 cm.
500 g blueberries (frozen or fresh).
30 g (2.5 tbsp / 1 oz) cornstarch.
50 g (3 tbsp / 2 oz) sugar.
100 ml (0.5 cups / 3.3 oz) water.
cook until thickened.
500 g Greek yoghurt (10% fat) + 1 tsp vanilla.
30 g (2.5 tbsp / 1 oz) cornstarch.
2 egg whites.
a pinch of salt.
65 g (0.4 cups / 3 oz) sugar.
Beat the egg whites for 7 minutes.
Mix yoghurt with egg white.
rub the frozen dough.
Bake at 180 C / 356 F for 40 minutes.
Leave in the oven for about an hour after baking.
Powdered sugar.
