Don't cook the whole chicken until you see this Spanish trick!

This oven baked chicken recipe is so good you'll want to make it again and again! Tender and juicy chicken in lemon garlic butter! This is an incredible and very tasty combination that has delighted me and my family! With this trick, the spicy butter soaks the chicken under the skin and your hands stay clean. Because it's quite a challenge to rub butter under the skin of chicken. Try this trick on chicken. Cook with love! Cook with pleasure!
Ingredients and preparation:
1 chicken (approx. 2 kg)
3 cloves of garlic
200 g soft butter
Peel of one lemon
1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 ½ -2 tsp salt
6-8 lemon slices
Cooking oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
Bake at 200C for 35-40 minutes, top/bottom heat
If the chicken starts to burn, cover with foil
The internal temperature of the cooked chicken should be 74°C

Зачем без конца повторять слово трюк? Пишите нормальные рецепты, не надо ничего выдумывать. Без всяких трюков. Тем более испанских, турецких. Такое впечатление, что русские ничего не умеют готовить, а учатся у иностранцев. Никакого самолюбия.
