Totally agree I was on school board here where I live.14 yrs ago & School board are not transparent they are holding school board meetings behind closed doors when i found out they was holding one I went down with a high school student to observe we was told to leave that they was in an executive meeting no public allowed I was like but I just watch you all motion to approve the agenda and it did not say it was executive meeting. Y’all just started this board meeting. We had the police called on us and the teen was in fear of getting arrested she asked me to take her back home she was scared.

At issue is that unless you are a very law smart " pro se" not many lawyers are willing to go up against the boards. Also the cost to pursue lawsuits is not cheap.

This is not the kind of thing you'd want to pursue legally. The jerk in charge would love to throw the issue at the lawyers, so they don't have to deal with it. And they'll leave before any lawsuit is resolved anyway.
