My son had ADHD it made him different in reaction to everyone else and even my other 3 kids. But I adored him non the less. He has been a bad lad in his time, and I can see through all my kids! But there is one thing that I won't tolerate and that's a grown man and a paedophile interfering with other people's kids, and especially not mine...Grooming them...so to speak so the drug dealer could take away their innocence...not on! If anything is going to cause any emotion to rise to the surface in myself and rapidly its going to be that scenario...Now my hyperactive adult son knows I know about what happened to him and not in my care either I may say, but the care he was in was paid a small fortune to look after his speciality needs, at the time and was not doing so. On her paperwork it all looked good, she had support as in extra hands I did not..buy tried my damndest with the help of a psychologist for 2 years and a psychiatrist for a number of years. Whom did not critique me as a mother, they praised my inventiveness and told me that I was doing exactly what they would expect. My elder 3 had to often take a back seat in family life and it was because I didn't have the help someone else did have and we were on a tight budget ...(If I had my life with my kids when they were younger all over again, I would do it and in all the same way, minus the ex partner) I loved and adored my kids and 3 have worked hard and done exceptionally well. But the one I mention struggles with life in general, and takes it all out on self..I was told by the professionals linked to child guidance he did this because he felt safe with me! He hated authority, works but I'd shit with his money...I taught my kids all about money and its values and how it had to be earned! My son I've not seen in over a year is I feel ashamed of something, probably of what he did for money against me! And because I've been angered over the years of wanting him to seek counselling, I almost got him to the point of going, and he backed out at the last minute! He needs counselling so he can end all the turmoil and struggle he has whooshing around in his head! His best friend once asked me ' How much do you love your son' I replied 'I love him and all my kids the same unconditionally ' and he replied 'I'm pleased to hear that because he needs to know that! And it's not the war in Ukraine although that is atrocious...its the war going on that started at 15 and has been locked away in a very sensitive person's mind for years...then and only then can he be happy and free! I've had heaps of help from people all throughout my life after several traumas I've been through...my crime was I needed to stop seeing everyone as a nice person, because they are not!! Trust when it's severely broken is very difficult to regain...and I had started to trust again, no I will rephrase that, I do trust now, because I live a relatively hermit life and prefer it actually and also I honed and perfected my spiritual gifting over the years! Which have all helped me to know better when to be around someone and when not! Some people I have given numerous chances too in the past, only to be let down. These people will never ever get that same chance again....However my son is different he deserves treatment and possibly the reasons he won't have it is because he knows like I do there is no such thing as 'Confidentiality ' and he doesn't want to hurt his family by what would unfold and the bullies in my neighborhood have attacked me on all levels since something came out! Thinking they would make their own kangaroo court of it all and earn some money at the same time... So the ringleader knows whom he is, as the loud noise brigade is back! So Russell just thought I would fill you in, about what life is really like, in this sunny part of the world. And absolutely beautiful it is. Best go coz the warm weather has brought out all the ants 🐜 Much love and light your comedy is stupendous! And much love and light to my lovely 2 sons as well! Gay and one is a 'Be happy' and is and the other keeps on running away!

These kids ARE kids. They live in the same world as us, and they absorb what's going on from a very young age. If anything, primary age (circa 5 to 11) is the perfect time to introduce children - carefully - to difficult topics like war and disease and poverty and all the various -isms, so they can form a good moral foundation and not be blindsided later on.
