My daughter used to love Cheetos, but I just wanted her to eat one carrot!

Ahh this is on the top of my mind these days. I am a new step mom and I'm finding it surprisingly hard to pack enough variety of things this kid likes! Him and I are working on it together! Great tips. Thank you!

Oh, that must be so hard! Kudos to you for getting inspiration here. Remember, take baby steps if he doesn't like change, and if he does - there's a ton of ideas on Pinterest. Better than choosing processed food at the grocery store! Good luck!!

Yes, it's helped our family a ton! Unless you have a child that goes through occupational therapy or feeding therapy, you might never know about it. Thank you so much for watching!

Food chaining is a great idea ! I've done that with my 5 year old, it requires patience...slowly transition them. Took me a year to get her to go from fish sticks to unbreaded fish

I’m here because I’m a 12 year old who still eats chicken tenders for dinner and can’t have bananas and don’t like carrots

Chicken tenders are great! Maybe you could try frozen smoothies to get in those fruits and veggies!
