as i understand it the steamed bone meal it available far quicker but the "dried" bone meal will last longer. In the Rev's TLO book he uses the steamed in his spikes but when mixing globally into his soil mix he uses the dried so it has longer lasting. so he actually uses both at once just incorporates them into his regime different ways. I myself don't know but i do have both and a lot of time ahead of me.. I will keep doing the super soil method tho. layering an spiking seems like more work

im looking forward to making super soil first time after winter is over, but for a while now i have used ROOTS right out of the bag and i personally love it, cant wait for ROOTS on steroids :)

Why does the ph drop in the medium of organic soil wether its oceanforest ect.. All the while i water at 6.5 with no nutrients just like it says on the bag?????Would the same thing happen if i was NOT useing organic soil???

Did you listen to him? He holds his super soil over a year, it inoculates in roughly 6 months and then he gets around three harvests with that amount. you're god just store it in a normal temp.
