I think it’s so important to keep a journal. I personally suffer with really bad depression and anxiety, and I don’t like talking about my feelings to other people, but it’s such an important thing to do. So I just keep a diary and whenever I feel down I will right in it and it really helps. Or, if it’s really bad because a certain bitch at school keeps at her daily torture, I’ll write down all of the sh!t that she has done to me and I’ll burn the paper. I love you so much Natalie, please do more vlogs like this, I love them ❤️
