Squeeze the upper back and pop out the chest. Keep the shoulder down while pressing. Like back double bicep pose position. Don’t lock the elbows on the top. Mind muscle connection.
I have been doing some great mistakes upto now...in inhaling, gripping, lifting.....thank you very much school of fitness for the great contend.....i wish if i could train with youll.....from the day that i commented tht the contend quality is low....u people made me sick from the next videos😂❤️....superb....never miss a single video...i take back my statement i did on that video saying "contend quality is getting low"!...hell...great job....all the very best fitness island❤️🔥
