What type of lime should I use for lime plaster? - The lime cycle

In Costa Rica and Nic Donati from Rancho Mastatal led an amazing earthen building class and part of it he taught about the lime cycle which clearly identifies which type of lime to purchase for lime plastering your exterior and/or interior walls.
