Schott PErfecto 613 vs 519 One Star

The 519 definitely feels more like the sort of thing a designer fashion brand might put out. Looks nice but you can’t beat breaking in stiff thick leather

The 519 will turn gray in the sun when riding the jacket for 3 months mine started to fade… not cool stick to the 613 it’s amazing leather and with time will look much better

I just received my 613. I love it, but exactly what you described… boxy and stiff. For me it’s very stiff in the armpits. I’m assuming that will loosen up as well? What’s your experience?

I might be late here but which one would recommend Schott Perfecto 613, 613S, or 613SH. What is the difference between them?

If you ride 613 if you don’t the 613 as well and if you want a cleaner cut from behind slimmer the 613s the horsehide from Schott looks shiny at first then flakes don’t get the 613sh it’s horsehide get the steerhide being 613 or 613s

What kind of leather is it veg tanned, aniline?

neither of these are veg tanned , both Chrome process 613 on steer 519 on cow
